How I Work
I work with attentive listening and inner vision to receive what is most meaningful and relevant to your journey. This receptive yet powerful approach meets you exactly where you are — sensing and tuning into your unique process, and guiding you toward your innate wisdom and deepest alignment.
I offer sessions in person and by phone. I choose phone over video intentionally — with eyes closed, I am fully turned inward, listening and receiving at the deepest level.
The tools I draw from are time-honored and deeply effective.
Note: The potency of these modalities is not diminished by distance. Like all energy medicine, this work is not bound by the limits of time and space — a principle known in quantum physics as non-locality.
Reiki
Relax your body, soothe your mind, nourish your soul.
Reiki's innate wisdom flows through the hands, a gentle yet powerful channel of healing — restoring balance, harmony, and wholeness wherever it is most needed.
While Reiki can be offered at a distance, it is my personal preference to work in person. There is something irreplaceable about human touch and shared presence — a depth of connection that I find most conducive to this sacred work.
Voice
A Return to Resonance
The voice carries its own medicine. As healers across cultures and centuries have long believed, toning and intentional sound reach into the body's deepest memories, holding patterns that need release and a return to coherence. Similarly, during our work together, I may use my voice to assist in the realignment of energy within the organs of the body — listening for where resonance is needed and responding intuitively in the moment.
I will also share with you which toning practices would best support your continued healing between sessions.
Tuning Forks
The Power of Octaves
Precise vibrational frequencies are brought directly into the body and its biofield — dissolving tension and stagnation, inviting new patterns, and reawakening the body's natural harmony.
Sound tuning is offered both in person and at a distance — equally potent in either form. For distance sessions, I simply ask that you find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and remain open to all that arises from within.

Drums
The Heartbeat of Ages
The primordial resonance of drums calls us back to something older and deeper — grounding, awakening, and returning us to the essence living deep within our bones.
Drums may become part of our time together, though not always. As every session is unique, I am guided to draw upon the tools that will best serve you in that moment.
Intuitive Readings

My intuitive readings are received through image, sound, inner knowing, and physical sensation — revealing what is most relevant to your journey right now. Attuned to your highest good, I offer insights that bring clarity and deeper awareness to the wisdom already moving through your life. As an empath and seer, I meet you with compassion and intention. These sessions are solution-focused, designed to empower you and awaken the innate guidance that is already yours.
In the rare instance that a connection does not establish itself, I will let you know honestly — and there will be no charge.
About Your Session
Every session is unique and unfolds at its own pace. I reserve between 50 and 75 minutes for our time together, allowing space for whatever arises without feeling rushed.
To prepare, please drink plenty of water beforehand — hydration supports the body in receiving and integrating the work more deeply.
If your session involves energy work, I will ask you to complete a brief form sharing any relevant medical conditions, so I may serve you with the greatest care.
